I recently used D. Pick Locksmith to convert a standard key lock into a setup suitable for holiday lets, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the options clearly and helped source replacement hardware that matched the original style perfectly, keeping everything in theme with the property. My front door was locked with the key jammed in the lock. Darren successfully removed the mechanism (after quite a tussle - the door fought back). I was very impressed with his tenacity and patience, he was able to show what had broken inside and replaced it with a new mortice lock. Bank holiday Monday at 9:45pm - kids locked a bedroom door and managed to lose the only key!! Darren came out and opened door as well as changing lock and providing plenty of back up keys!
